A fake order of the Head of the DPR has been published on the Internet. It claims that authorities of the Republic allegedly decided to distribute funds given by the International Committee of the Red Cross among public officials and the military, the press-service of the DPR Foreign Ministry reports.
“Ukrainian figures, who have been repeatedly implicated in media dishonesty and informational fraud, are overstepping the bounds of decency: they have already reached the point when they besmirch the image and reputation of one of the largest and most respected humanitarian organizations in the world. Obviously, Kiev is extremely disgusted with the fact that the ICRC being a neutral humanitarian organization helps the residents of Donbass on both sides of the contact line equally, without any preferences or discrimination,” the statement says.
In addition, the DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the international community to pay attention to the flagrant behavior of Kiev, which is ready to stoop so low as to disseminate blatant disinformation not only against the Republics, but also against the International Committee of the Red Cross.
“This incident has become another confirmation that international law means nothing to Kiev, that today’s Ukraine does not care a jackstraw about the UN Security Council or the ICRC, and that there is no talk of any good faith intentions on the Ukrainian side to resolve the conflict in Donbass peacefully.” the Ministry’s press-service added.
