The Ukrainian side hampered negotiation on key issues on the agenda of the working subgroup for security, the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC and the negotiation process commented on the results of the recent meeting.
“Kiev representatives did not share their position either on the process of approval of an updated package of measures for ceasefire enhancement and control, or on the functioning of the coordination mechanism, or any other security issue outlined in the Roadmap that the republics proposed.
The meeting was prematurely ended due to the lack of any meaningfulness,” the negotiators noted.
