During today’s briefing, the commander of the so-called Joint Forces Operation claimed that the DPR People’s Militia allegedly launched fire in the very first hour since the start-up of the additional measures for the enhancement and control of the indefinite ceasefire regime, which has been in force since July 21, 2019. This statement is yet another misinformation action from the Ukrainian side, aimed at destabilizing the situation, the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC and the negotiating process says.
“DPR People’s Militia units strictly comply with the commitments they have undertaken.
For the period from 00:10 to 00:45, a JCCC monitoring group saw several explosions of unidentified explosive devices near Vodyanoye, which the AFU control.
Given the public stand of Kiev officials, who on all resources declare their readiness to give an armed response to any actions, it is obvious that the purpose of such false flag operations is to justify their aggression.
It is not ruled out that the explosions near Vodyanoye were prearranged and carried out purposely to accuse the DPR People’s Militia of violating the ceasefire in order to create a suitable narrative for the international community and prepare the ground for the resumption of escalation,” the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC and the negotiation process reports.
