Also in this area, the enemy tried to use a Mavic Pro combat UAV, which we managed to land forcibly, thus avoiding tragic consequences. The UAV had a device for dropping a VOG-17 grenade.
Since the beginning of the 24-hour period, militants from the 56th AFU motorized infantry brigade’s 37th battalion fired five 82mm mortar shells at Vesyoloye from their positions in the Opytnoye area, trying to provoke out defenders into return fire to give journalists from UA Donbass and Channel 5, who were at the brigade’s positions, the opportunity to get exclusive footage.
Ukrainian representative to the JCCC were promptly notified of the facts of gross ceasefire violation to take action against the violators.
