From year to year, Kiev has been prolonging the law on special status of Donbass in order to show Western partners at least some semblance of implementation of the Minsk Agreements, Chairman of the DPR People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka claimed.
“In fact, Ukraine has not taken a single step to resolve the conflict. Moreover, we see that the peace initiatives are overtly sabotaged, as it was, for example, at the UN Security Council meeting with the participation of our representatives, which Ukraine demonstratively ignored.
We should not forget that not a single paragraph of the Complex of Measures has been fully implemented so far, and all statements from Ukrainian politicians remain outright lies, the main purpose of which is provocation. But our position remains unchanged — we insist that the Minsk plan, which is approved by the UN Security Council, be fulfilled unconditionally in the order that was enshrined in this document. There are no other ways to resolve the conflict peacefully,” Vladimir Bidyovka said.
