Over the past 24 hours, the Armed Forces of Ukraine violated the Complex of Additional Ceasefire Compliance Measures three times, official spokesman for the DPR PMD Oleg Nikitin said at the briefing on February 4.
- At the Donetsk front, militants from positions of the 28th AFU separate mechanized brigade in the Novomikhailovka area fired three SPG grenades on the Luganskoye area.
- At the Mariupol front, militants of the 36th AFU separate marine brigade from the areas of Gnutovo and Lebedinskoye attacked the areas of Sakhanka and Novaya Tavriya, firing 2 shots with BMP-1 and 2 AGS grenades.
Ukrainian militants systematically open fire at the civil infrastructure, civilians and their homes. The Donetsk Filter Station is attacked by Ukrainian militants almost every day. Thus, after another attack on the DFS by militants from the 72nd brigade, our observers found an unexploded BM-21 missile, which stuck on the section of the road along which DFS employees travel daily.
Since the beginning of the current 24-hour period, militants from the 36th separate marine brigade used 120 mm mortars and fired 8 rounds with an underbarrel grenade launcher at Leninskoye.
Information about casualties and the scale of destruction is being clarified.
In violation of Clause 3 of the Additional Measures, 13 units of weaponry and military equipment of the AFU were found to be deployed near residential buildings and municipal facilities in the territory controlled by Ukraine.
In violation of Clause 1 of the Additional Measures, militants from the 53rd AFU separate mechanized brigade were carrying out fortification work to refit positions near Bogdanovka.
We have registered that the AFU obstruct the work of SMM OSCE monitors.
According to information received from Taranenko, a soldier of the 1st tank brigade who came over to our side, the commands of military units in the Joint Forces Operation zone have instructed that monitors in any way must be prevented from entering locations where weapons prohibited by the Minsk Agreements are deployed.
Thus, in order to prevent OSCE SMM patrols from entering residential areas where armored vehicles and tanks are disguised in the yards of residential buildings, the Ukrainian side is placing mine danger signs on the routes of the monitors prior to their arrival, about which the Ukrainian JCCC staff warns militants in advance.
Air environment observers from Ukrainian units are also instructed that if there is no specific order, it is necessary to destroy all aircraft approaching Ukrainian positions. At the same time, it is separately emphasized that the same rule applies even if the observer has identified an unmanned aerial vehicle as belonging to the OSCE SMM.
