“We call on the global community to register the inability of the military and political authorities of Ukraine to conduct a peaceful dialogue. By targeted shelling, the Ukrainian party endangers the life and health of the civilian population, who are in need of humanitarian support from international organizations such as the ICRC under the conditions of the economic and humanitarian blockade by Ukraine.
We demand that international monitors immediately intervene in the current developments and get the Ukrainian party to terminate combat provocations against our Republic, which can lead to an escalation of the conflict and another bloodshed,” Eduard Basurin emphasized.
