In accordance with the decision of the Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic to hold, from 10 to 14 November, joint activities of governing bodies and civil protection forces within the Unified State System for the Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations, the Health Ministry staff have conducted preparatory activities, DPR Minister of Health Alexander Oprishchenko announced on November 10.
“Methodical training was held in health care institutions to drill standards related to the implementation of the upcoming tasks.
To date, employees of health care institutions of the Republic, as well as the staff of the Republican Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine are fully prepared to participate in joint activities in the field of civil protection, aimed at improving the coherence of actions in providing assistance to the population in case of emergency situations and man-made disasters,” the chief of the DPR Health Ministry stated.
