On July 16, a low-pressure gas pipeline exploded in the densely populated Budyonnovsky district of Donetsk.
«According to the preliminary investigation results, we have come to the conclusion there had been committed an act of terrorism! A deliberate sabotage by the Ukrainian armed formations caused an explosion of a gas pipeline, which cut off gas supply to over a thousand households. Civilians could have been killed in the explosion. Miraculously, this has been averted!
We request the guarantor countries – France, Germany, and Russia – to register the warfare methods banned not under the Minsk agreements alone, but also under other norms and conventions.

At 2:30 p.m. on July 16, a low-pressure gas pipeline exploded and burst into flames in the Budyonnovsky district of Donetsk. The fire was completely extinguished by the DPR Emergencies Ministry at 3:25 p.m.
