Germany and France get complicit in Kiev's crimes through their indifference – Denis Pushilin

Today, on 11 November, Donetsk hosts a wide interview with Denis Pushilin, during which the Head of the DPR has spoken about the participation of the Normandy Format guarantor countries in the Donbass conflict settlement.

“Germany and France are not just failing to do enough to resolve the conflict, I would say that through their inaction, reticence and indifference they are getting complicit in the crimes committed by Kiev against Donbass.

The major platform for settlement, which involves the parties to the conflict, is the Minsk format. And since Ukraine is stalling the work in the Minsk format, there is no point to discuss at the guarantor countries’ level the already adopted and agreed decisions of the Normandy Format,” the DPR Head said.
