Zelensky will keep blocking the Minsk agreements’ implementation and staking on the military build-up near the line of contact with the republics, Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin said in an interview with Ukraina.ru.
-– Denis Vladimirovich, next week will mark the seven-year anniversary of the Minsk-1 agreement. Why has the American side never mentioned the Minsk agreements in the summary documents following the meeting of Biden with Zelensky (there was only mentioned the Normandy Format)? What does this mean? Does Washington have no interest in establishing peace in Donbass, which is only possible through their implementation? Why is Washington shifting the blame for the war in Donbass onto Russia, without a single word being said about Ukraine’s responsibility?
– The anti-Russian Ukraine is what Washington needs so as to always use it in its geopolitical games. It is clear that the U.S. can discuss the Normandy Format alone, but not the Minsk format, in which the Republics are parties to the negotiations. That is just predictable. The really interesting thing is that the United States has not even hinted at its inclination to join the Normandy Format, although the Ukrainian side has repeatedly publicly expressed its aspiration to involve the Americans in the negotiation process for the resolution of the Donbass conflict.
Despite this, Zelensky for some reason gave Biden a list of 450 prisoners allegedly held in the DPR, the LPR and Russia. By blocking the detainees swap at the Minsk venue, where there really could have been achieved progress on this issue, Zelensky, in his usual manner, made a public gesture that once again leads nowhere, since, I’ll say it again, the U.S. is not a party to the negotiation process.

– One gets the impression that the Kiev officials are not just agreeing to external management by the United States, but they are striving for this dependence, they are craving for it. The fact that the meeting between Biden and Zelensky has been postponed several times, the way Zelensky was treated, suggests the dismissive nature of the reciprocal approach.
The Americans have long controlled the major processes in Ukraine, including the so-called reforms in the spheres of housing, healthcare, education and law enforcement. Now it has come to the judiciary. But this is not just about the judiciary. Zelensky, by flying to Washington, has extended the voluntary bondage to other spheres as well.
The statement about the three billion dollars to support some «future operations in certain sectors» refers to agribusiness, infrastructure, climate and energy. Which means that whoever pays gets access to the land market, all forms of energy generation, rail transport and port infrastructure. This is irrefutable proof of Ukraine’s transition to the status of an American colony.
