“Our intelligence found weapons and military equipment that AFU units deployed near residential buildings and municipal facilities in the Ukraine-controlled territory, which is a violation of the agreements reached and endangers the lives and health of civilians.
Over the past 24 hours, we detected 15 units of equipment in Novomihaylovka, Stepnoye, Novoselovka-2, Novotroitskoye, Avdeyevka, Yuryevka and Lomakino. These facts are also confirmed by the official OSCE SMM report of September 2, 2020,” Oleg Nikitin said.
