The Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Donetsk People’s Republic records Ukraine’s violations of the rights of Donbass residents, including the right to life, security and safety, personal inviolability and freedom of movement.
Since the beginning of the year, 105 people have suffered injuries and traumas of various degrees of severity as a result of the armed aggression of Ukraine on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic: 70 military members of the Republic and 35 civilians, including six children and eleven women.
From December 4 to 11, 2020, two military members were killed in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
From January 1 to December 11, 2020, 47 military members of the Republic and five civilians were killed in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic as a result of the armed aggression of Ukraine.
Since the beginning of the armed conflict in the Donetsk People’s Republic, 4,961 people have been killed, including 90 children.
