Financial support is one of the important areas to help families with children, the disabled and other categories. The most considerable increase in social benefits in the history of the Republic is planned for 2021, Minister of Labor and Social Policy of the DPR Larisa Tolstykina claimed.
“The most important thing in our plans is to raise social benefits. Financial support is one of the important areas to help families with children and the disabled. I outlined the main directions during the call-in show with Denis Pushilin. And the most important thing is that we are probably implementing the most considerable increase in social benefits in the history of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
Twelve of the 14 types of benefits will be increased. The benefits will be raised in two stages, and we must reach the level of social support of the Rostov region by 2022.
I can say that the amount of social benefits for families with children and families that are raising disabled children has been significantly increased. As an example, the assistance for a child under three years old will be increased from 2.5 thousand to 4 thousand rubles, etc.
But in addition to financial support, I would also emphasize moral support. We work for people. And people are the most important thing for us!” Larisa Tolstykina said.
