For the past 24 hours, the enemy violated the Additional Measures for the Enhancement and Control of the Ceasefire Regime three times, spokesman for the DPR People’s Militia Directorate Colonel Eduard Basurin reported during the briefing in Donetsk on September 10.
“Our lookouts saw an explosion at the 36th brigade’s position in the Gnutovo area. According to preliminary reports, one of the militants who were probing a minefield suffered fragmentation wounds.
Militants from the 53rd and 79th brigades were also carrying out field works at their positions in the Starognatovka and Kransogorovka areas. Since this midnight, the 79th brigade’s militants have been carrying out engineer preparation of their positions near Krasnogorovka,” Basurin said.
He added that the Ukrainian party to the JCCC had been promptly notified of those cases via the coordination mechanism in order not to let them accuse the People’s Militia of warmongering. People’s Militia units strictly adhered to the conditions of the effective truce and did not open fire.
Basurin also informed about new cases when AFU militants deployed weapons and military equipment near residential buildings and civil infrastructure facilities.
“Thus, seven armored vehicles of the 79th and 53rd AFU brigades were found in residential areas and household plots in Karlovka, Krasnogorovka, Slavnoye and Novognatovka. These facts are also confirmed by the OSCE SMM official report of September 9,” the DPR PMD spokesman stressed.
